How to Order

Ordering takes about five minutes. The only step that is different from any other online store is the cargo customer code — read step one before you check out.

Step 1 — Get your cargo customer code

Deliveries to Azerbaijan are handled by our cargo partner, KoliPlus. To receive a parcel, you need a KoliPlus customer code, which is free and takes a few minutes to set up.

Register on the KoliPlus website or app with your name, phone number, address in Azerbaijan, and FIN code. They will issue you a personal customer code. Keep it — you will use the same code for every order.

Already have a code from a previous order? Skip to step two.

Step 2 — Build your cart

Add what you want. There is no minimum order value and no membership. Prices are shown in US dollars.

If you are not sure where to start, the Best Sellers collection is the shortest path, and Everyday Glow is a complete five-minute routine.

Step 3 — Enter your customer code

On the cart page you will see a field for your KoliPlus customer code. Enter it exactly as it was issued to you. This is what allows the cargo company to match the incoming parcel to you.

An order without a valid code cannot be delivered. If you check out without one, we will message you before shipping, which delays your parcel.

Step 4 — Pay and track

Complete checkout. You pay for the products at this point.

The cargo fee is separate and is paid directly to KoliPlus when your parcel arrives — this is how their pricing works, and it means you pay the real weight rather than a flat estimate built into our prices.

We ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation email, and KoliPlus will notify you when the parcel reaches Azerbaijan and is ready for delivery or pickup.

Customs clearance and local delivery	1–3 business days
Total	7–14 days

Most orders land closer to the shorter end of that range. Public holidays in Korea and Azerbaijan can add a few days.
