Orders are delivered to Azerbaijan through a third-party cargo partner. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Cargo fees are charged separately by the cargo company and paid by you.

Parcels are declared in your name as the recipient. Any customs duties or import taxes assessed on your parcel are your responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order may lawfully be imported to your address.

You agree to provide accurate delivery information, including a valid cargo customer code and, where required, FIN code. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information you provided.
